Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached.
Several types of items are non-returnable. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on undergarments, intimate apparel, or any items marked as final sale.
Additional non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Customized or altered clothing
- Items marked as non-returnable or clearance
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often a processing delay.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item (e.g., wrong size), please email us at occupation@charmmarket.pro and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift card will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.
If you are returning higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
